Guarantee & refunds
Two promises, and you don't have to qualify for the first one: change your mind inside 14 days and you get your money back, no questions. Do the work and still not pass, and you get it back after that too.
14 days, any reason
If the pass isn't what you expected, email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase and we refund you in full.
There is nothing to prove and no conditions to meet. You do not need to have used the product, finished anything, or sat an exam. Tell us you want your money back and it goes back to your original payment method.
After 14 days: the pass guarantee
The window above is the easy one. The guarantee below runs for as long as your pass does, and covers the case that actually matters — you did the work and the exam still didn't go your way.
Your pass covers every exam on the site, so the conditions are measured against the one you sat. You are eligible for a full refund when all of the following are true:
- You completed at least 80% of the study plan generated for that exam before your exam date; and
- You finished every full-length mock exam we offer for that exam before your exam date; and
- You did not pass that exam.
Submit your request within 60 days of receiving your official results. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Full terms are in the Terms of Service.
We review each request and process eligible refunds within 5 business days.
Refund policy
Access is a digital product delivered to your account immediately after purchase. That does not make it a final sale: the 14-day window above applies whether or not you have used it, and the pass guarantee applies after that.
If something went wrong — a duplicate charge, an accidental purchase you have not used, or a technical problem that stopped you from accessing what you paid for — email us at [email protected] and we will make it right.
Payments are processed by Stripe; approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Refunds may be refused where there is evidence of fraud or refund abuse.
