We back our prep with a simple promise: do the work, and if you still do not pass, you get your money back. Here is exactly how it works.

When you qualify for a full refund

You are eligible for a full refund when all of the following are true:

  • You completed at least 80% of your generated study planbefore your exam date; and
  • You finished all available full-length mock exams before your exam date; and
  • You did not pass exam 45-857.

Submit your request within 60 days of receiving your official results. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Full terms are in the Terms of Service.
